I have bees looking for an induction-ready crepe pan that’s not a fortune

Bought this for a crepe pan

Would not recommend it as a crepe pan, it's too heavy and the handle gets too hot

I have 3 skillets, 2 Dutch ovens, a crepe pan and a griddle hanging from the pot rack and they do a wonderful job

This is an Awesome crepe pan, had to preseason extra

Before you start using it the first time, as well as after every use here is what you do:(1

Works as it should.

It also cleans well as long as you know NOT to remove the non-stick seasoning by scouring with steel wool or copper pads

It's takes a min to cool down as

Sits flat, as well as on edge, in the cabinet

The heat distribution is pretty good, not the absolute best I've had if I'm honest, but I'm giving it a solid B.It's easy to clean so long as it's seasoned, and it gives food that unmatched flavor
