Would not recommend it as a crepe pan, it's too heavy and the handle gets too hot

The heat distribution is pretty good, not the absolute best I've had if I'm honest, but I'm giving it a solid B.It's easy to clean so long as it's seasoned, and it gives food that unmatched flavor
