    Lodge Pro-Logic 12 Inch Square Cast Iron Griddle. Pre-Seasoned Grill Pan with Dual Handles

    • I was somewhat concerned about the rough finish of the cooking surface -- I have an ancient cast iron skillet my grandmother gave me and its cooking surface is as smooth as glass -- but after using this Lodge pan, man, nothing is sticking.
    • We are enjoying these lodge pans and would recommend if you want to explore real cooking
    • I have a few Lodge pans and I love them - but they are not for cooking eggs at least until you have used them for six months

    • I submit that if one is having trouble with Lodge pans they either didnt follow the initial instructions to clean the pan before cooking (there is a coating in the pan that must be removed with warm water and a soft brush that will cause food to stick until its gone)
