warmed up the skillet to get an even grilled sandwich

As much as I love my Lodge cast iron skillet, I figured this griddle would be exactly what I needed.

The square griddle does not cook things except right over the burner, eggs won't even cook in the corners but the skillet seems hot, everything sticks to it, and it does not clean up easily

I also purchased the Lodge 10.25 inch pre-seasoned skillet and really loved it too

So I'm confused, it's a PRE-SEASONED skillet which would mean it was ready to cook on it

I reaally wanted a square skillet with no grill marks...works great and is actully less heavy because of low sides

I own several Lodge products as well as several cast iron skillets of unknown origin and two sets of French enamel-over-cast iron cook wear.

I love Lodge iron skillets but something bad wrong with this one.

He loves this skillet and uses for all sorts of things

Skillet works good, but the handle is defiantly in need of an upgrade.

Maybe I got a defective skillet but its supposed to be CAST IRON all throughout.

Great skillet, works well with my gas stove and will work great on the fire pit

This a good size skillet but there is very little heat distribution.
