Works as advertised, easy to setup/connect with Bluetooth.
It works as advertised but has one exceptionally annoying feature that WILL drive you absolutely nuts if you have multiple bluetooth devices or want to hear audio from your phone or laptop after using it.
Totally easy set-up and does exactly what I want it to do, as advertised.
Works as advertised, easy to setup/connect with Bluetooth.
Sleek, fast, easy setup, and super sound with great connection coverage.
Honestly, for streaming from an iPhone and an iPad to my home hifi system this works better and more reliably than airplay (direct Bluetooth, bypasses network flaky setup).
The setup is easy, the sound is great, and the reception distance works the length of an elementry school gym with no break in connection
Setup couldn't be easier, and it works better than claimed.
I needed a Bluetooth adapter for my Yamaha receiver, since my dog destroyed my previous setup
Does not work as expected with the Echo Dot and your stereo system because it keeps auto connecting to Bluetooth with the Dot
It is very annoying and disappointing since it does not really work with the echo as expected.
Works as expected for Bluetooth audio, however do NOT purchase this if you intend to link it to an Echo Dot or similar unless the speakers are always on.
So, I can't help but wonder if some people are having issues with audio quality and lag b/c of their wireless hardware, not this unit.
This bluetooth audio adapter is easy to set up and does it job well (as expected with most logitech products)
You tell Alexa to disconnect and the device will auto connect in a few minutes rendering the Alex Dot useless unless you have your stereo on all the time.
I tried connecting it using the headphone jack to a few different headphones and streaming sound from my computer as well as from my iPhone
So, I can't help but wonder if some people are having issues with audio quality and lag b/c of their wireless hardware, not this unit.
The problem is it will auto connect to your phone the second you walk into the
Don't buy this, this product has a design flaw, it auto-connects with your phone (or Bluetooth device) even when you try to disconnect, basically stealing the connection from another Bluetooth device that you want your phone to connect
The music is very muffled and there is constant static and random noises
Beyond this, if you connect to the adaptor using a laptop (in my case macbook pro 15 inch) and then close your laptop, it will sort of continuously connect and disconnect regardless of the fact that your laptop is sleeping, each time emitting annoyingly triumphant beeping noises.
This small cube add digital noise to my audio system, just like transmitting noise of cell phones when place next to a computer speaker.
might jack it from your phone, and when you wander out or into range it will make a loud noise to indicate connecting or disconnecting.
Static noises can be heard when speaker volume was turned up loud, can be fixed by turning down the speaker volume and turn up the connected source (i.e. mobile phone) volume instead
Stupid loud tone on connecting, and if you have your bluetooth on at all, it will attempt to forcibly pair to your phone, even if you prefer to pair to another device instead
Not only do I not mind this irrelevant tone, I'd much prefer it than not, because it confirms my Galaxy S5 has connected properly.
So say if you have it hooked up to speakers in your living room and stream music from your phone, every time you reenter the room with that phone there is a loud annoying tone
great! The little musical tones it plays when turned on every time is annoying.
The most annoying thing is when a device connects/disconnects there's an annoying beeping sound that you cannot turn off or turn down
This device makes a series of VERY LOUD beeps every time a device (like your phone) connects or disconnects.
If it was a little quiet beep, not a big deal, but this is a deal breaker alone.3) Sound Quality....not great.
First off, I have other devices that use Bluetooth… and second, the Logitech adapter will periodically make an annoying beep sound until something else is connected
Beyond this, if you connect to the adaptor using a laptop (in my case macbook pro 15 inch) and then close your laptop, it will sort of continuously connect and disconnect regardless of the fact that your laptop is sleeping, each time emitting annoyingly triumphant beeping noises.
