The only gripe I have about the Logitech X56 is that it will require a USB output that provides enough adequate power for it to function properly.

If the motherboard on your PC does not provide adequate power on its USB 2.0 or 3.0 ports, the X56 may not function properly unless you buy a powered USB hub, preferably a 3.0 one.
