Product is absolute garbage

I was worried about the durability, as my pets constantly step on it or I roll over the cord with my chair, but the thread like cord makes it incredibly durable - great product for the price

This headset for the price is really good, the only problem I had ever had was the screw that hold the mic get loose, causing me to have to take it apart and tighten it, yet it was kinda fun and a real easy fix, like I said it is a great product for the cost with really good steril sound quality, but nothing amazing

, I have some cool logitech products, like the logitech g710 mechanical keyboard blue switch edition, and they've worked fine

Slightly uncomfortable after long periods of use (both with the top of the head and the ear cushions), otherwise great product.

I cannot recommend this product due to the mic issues as well as the problem with the cabling, I would recommend spending more on a product with a higher physical build quality.

I'd highly recommend logitech's R&D to make a more durable volume slider shroud and to improve the mic before I would even considering suggesting purchasing another set let alone buy a pair as a gift.
