The real problem is that it suffers from a fatal design flaw that seems to plague the current generation of Logitech headsets, that being that the connection between the headphones and the headband is weak plastic and it's extremely prone to snapping off after only a few months of usage

Sounds great but its made of cheap plastic that breaks if you look at it the wrong way.

I literally got these like three weeks ago and they completey broke the plastic is cheap one of the sides are broken

Be wary of dropping these and be sure to not stretch them, adjust them, if they're too tall and you're heads wide, you may want to put a towel, stretching these seems to stress the plastic and they crack, this hasn't happened to me personally

Extremely disappointed as I'm a Logitech fan.

Don't get me wrong, they still work great when not broken or spreading plastic pieces everywhere as they fall apart, and I love logitech's products but these headsets aren't worth it unless you need something cheap (as these are always on sale) that'll last you long enough to buy a better pair

The sound is ok out of the box but will probably get better as they break in

I love these headphones and as of today have no complaints about them.

Only problem being my dog pulled the cord and t fell about 3 feet and shattered one ear cuff.
