I've had two of these headsets, the first time the left sidepiece cracked, I then got my second one which after 2 months had the exact same problem only this time both the left and right sidepieces cracked

but I blame myself for that because I did drop them a couple times and that probably stressed the joints a bit

I have taped them numerous times but keep eventually falling off

Also, there have been a few times that the headset has fallen or been thrown, yet it has not broken

The 7.1 channel audio blows my mind every time.

It can be annoying, but I've grown used to fixing the issue each time I put it on

I bought them for PUBG and while using the card I had a hard time hearing foot steps or gun fire at range

Now, four months later, it has the exact same defect as the last one, while I have been very careful and am certain that it is not my fault this time

The mic is adjustable up and down but not inward towards your face, everyone had a hard time hearing me every session

Logitech this has be the mean issue with most of your headphones, its time you address this please I love your product and want to trade for the same

I give it 4 stars because it was hard and time consumming for me to adjust and update the logitech G Software, with no explanation from Logitech on how to improve the mic quality only by adjusting some settings on windows.

Even after quite a few times of chunking it at my desk in some nerd rage moments without something breaking...not bad.

Every time I played games for 1 hour, I could not ignore the weight of it and had to adjust the position of it frequently.2

Only problem being my dog pulled the cord and t fell about 3 feet and shattered one ear cuff.
