The product as a whole is fine.

I'm really disappointed in Logitech over this one, they are normally a solid company, but this product was a complete waste of money for my gaming needs.

The box included air bags to secure the product, but one of the bags was just loose in the box, deflated, serving no purpose, and allowing the product to bounce around inside of the box

Very nice product, feels sturdy and does not collect the typical dead skin and hand oils that other gaming mice usually do.

I understand that sometimes you have a defective product in the lot, but Logitech's customer service has been terrible.

I bought this new but returned this product because one of the side thumb buttons wasn't working out of the box.

I gave this product three stars because with such a new mouse, something such as this shouldn't die on it so quickly.

All the products I had so far (two 7.1 gaming headsets, and 1 gaming mouse) were great and durable

(the other product I got was not durable and broke very quickly, on top of other issues)I would like to point out I am giving the G600 mouse a rating of 1 star

After getting fed up I decided to try this logitech, it's been a few months with this mouse and not a single issue, better software, good design, far superior product

This is a great product but unfortunately not for me.

I seriously recommend people stop buying terrible and expensive Razer products and going all the way into Logitech.

Mouse arrived very quickly, really very comfortable, I had a mouse optic, but all those I tried had the same defect, in the movements from stationary to slow movements (for FPS) go jerky optical mice, while those lasers are precise, high quality product.

I really like this product but dinging one star for the side panel center columns being too hard to effectively use, while everything else is really well done..

I have loved using this product but after 3-4 months of light usage, left click started to act weird and click twice by itself

Overall, great product, bought two, and gave one to my brother in law
