    Logitech G602 Lag-Free Wireless Gaming Mouse – 11 Programmable Buttons, Up to 2500 DPI

    • The mouse is FANTASTIC but the support is CRAP so last time i buy something at logitech,My Usb receiver is not working and they won't give me a new one or help me out to fix
    • Looks great and feels good but has poor software support and bad customer support from Logitech.
    • I work tech support, and being able to quickly copy/paste, jump between desktops, take screenshots, and several other functions with literally just a click of a button helps both productivity and work satisfaction
    • Upon research, this is a commonly known issue with this mouse, but no official support from logitech to resolve it
    • so it was pretty surprising to find out just how terrible their support is when things go wrong.
    • Lacking software and macro support versus competitors.
    • I have tried reaching the support team but very Horrible support rendered, no response whatsoever
    • My 2 cents would be unless you don't care about the fair chance that you might end up with a dud and have to struggle with unhelpful support staff, stick to Logitech's wired products or give another brand a go.
    • They have been trying to constantly delay the support
    • n’t like, have to go online to get information about programming buttons
    • n’t feel good plus you’ll accidentally press some of the side buttons
