The mouse is FANTASTIC but the support is CRAP so last time i buy something at logitech,My Usb receiver is not working and they won't give me a new one or help me out to fix

Looks great and feels good but has poor software support and bad customer support from Logitech.

I work tech support, and being able to quickly copy/paste, jump between desktops, take screenshots, and several other functions with literally just a click of a button helps both productivity and work satisfaction

Upon research, this is a commonly known issue with this mouse, but no official support from logitech to resolve it

so it was pretty surprising to find out just how terrible their support is when things go wrong.

I have tried reaching the support team but very Horrible support rendered, no response whatsoever

My 2 cents would be unless you don't care about the fair chance that you might end up with a dud and have to struggle with unhelpful support staff, stick to Logitech's wired products or give another brand a go.

They have been trying to constantly delay the support

n’t like, have to go online to get information about programming buttons

n’t feel good plus you’ll accidentally press some of the side buttons
