Once you get used to it this is probably the best gaming keyboard on the market.
-
Fantastic gaming keyboard
-
Very good gaming keyboard, the lighting is awesome, highly recommend for beginners to competitive gaming you won't be disappointed
-
Really a good gaming
-
This is a great gaming keyboard but not for conventional typing.
-
For rapid key selection and gaming, this is important
-
The lights are a nice bonus while gaming
-
So you can't even use your own wrist rest (I like to use the glorious pc gaming race gel pads) because it won't lay flush against the base of the keyboard
-
Happy gaming!
-
It is the best gaming keyboard i've ever owned
-
Bright and great while gaming
-
Okay for gaming, bad for typing in a non game situation.
-
For gaming I found the keyboard improved my gaming, but also hurt it with the high keys and finger fatigue.
-
Overall, I highly recommend these to anyone who wants a great gaming keyboard and mouse
-
These are pricey which is the downside but its the best lasting gaming keyboard i have ever used.
-
For gaming I found the keyboard improved my gaming, but also hurt it with the high keys and finger fatigue.
-
Best gaming keyboard I've owned
-
I bought this in combination with the equally excellent g502 proteus core gaming mouse
-
Gaming is much more responsive as well; I like to play CS:GO, and my strafes are much more accurate and you can just feel the difference in your movement
-
From a pure gaming standpoint...the keyboard is amazing.
-
Logitech's software actually found popular gaming profiles for the macro keys in case you do not want to set up the macro keys
-
The best gaming keyboard I've ever owned
-
Nifty 'gaming' button that disables the windows key when activated to prevent accidental presses during hard gaming sessionsCons:1
-
Awesome gaming keyboard!
-
Great gaming keyboard
-
Great gaming keyboard!
-
I use it in combination with xim4 to play Xbox 360 with friends (need a powered USB hub to use both together in my experience) but after a night of drunken gaming I spilt a glass filled with Jack and Coke on it
-
However, it's high retail cost elevates the Orion to the ranks of elite gaming keyboards, with harsher judgement
-
Not sure why Logitech didn't use a braided cable, similar to their matching G502 gaming mouse (which I love)
-
Overall if you can get past the uncomfortable keys and crappy un-removable wrist rest, then this keyboard is a great gaming keyboard
-
Happy gaming
-
All of this adds up to a great gaming keyboard, but for professionals and typists, these extra features don't mean much, and will likely be put off by the sci-fi weapon styling, the large size, and the non-conformist keycaps and switches.
-
The Logitech Proteus Core is their top gaming mouse and has a sleeved USB cable
-
I cannot enjoy this Romer G experience because the included wrist rests are so uncomfortable and are only useful while gaming.
-
the extra macro-keys and the media controls are especially useful especially when multitasking/gaming
-
and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great gaming keyboard.
-
Logitech's top gaming keyboard should have a sleeved USB cable, too.-Too much plastic
-
My first gaming keyboard and I love it.
-
The keys are extremely sensitive for fast gaming but I do well enough with it when typing
-
The colors don't bleed into other keys either, creating a nearly flawless low-light gaming session
-
The G keys to the left are too close to the rest of the keys IMHO, the top G keys are way to high up and completely useless in practical reality
-
Still No G keys work
-
Multimedia keys: the keys are super useful for me but the volume roller is an unexpected pleasure to use.- G keys: useful in games but also for other things like short strings of text or commands/macros.- Colors
-
I love the new Romer G
-
I respect Logitech for doing something new and using a mechanical switch that isn't cherry (as many other manufacturers are starting to do) and I really do love the Romer G
-
You won't regret it - very smooth, quiet keys; the custom keys can do pretty much anything you want them to; the phone stand fits my Pixel 2XL with a case over it (probably won't work with a huge case, but that's not what it's designed for); you can change the color of any key you like, as well as the G logo and the "G910" LED in the palm rest; downloadable game profiles for different color/lighting configurations... the list goes on and on and I've only had it for a day
-
A very easy to program mechanical keyboard.
-
For now I'm leaving the rating a 4/5, driven by optimism that I will grow to enjoy the keyboard more as I use it, and the fact that given everything I've said, it's still a great keyboard with tons of features I was looking for
-
That isn't to say that this keyboard isn't pretty good, it just isn't as great as it could be considering this is the successor to the G710 (which I also own).First - The key caps are miserable
-
Regarding the positives -- I got this keyboard literally to come home to something novel.
-
Havent been able to use the app (as my work network is very restricted and the app works over wifi) but im sure its great i will update when i move the keyboard to my home setup
-
