For the people who are buying a G29 or G920 , I recommend this shifter

I purchased that more expensive shifter and realized it didn't work for my logitec wheel

Smooth as silk, high quality pedals and those wonderful paddle shifters.

This is a great shifter but feels very toy like, there is a lack of a positive engagement when shifting, there is a company that makes a 3D printed piece that you put under the boot to add a more realistic feel when changing gears and adds a bit more resistance

Nice quality shifter accessory for my G29 wheel.

The negative part is that there's more expensive cooler shifters (about $150 ouch) that won't work with this wheel.

But if your like me and that price is insane for a shifter and you don't own a Thrustmaster anyway then THIS shifter is great.

Over all, Great little thing, priced to steal a buck from you, and not a great shifter if your upgrading from G27.

You will not regret your purchase, definitely get the shifter if you're as passionate about racing Sims like me

If you want a G920 wheel, this is a great shifter for it.

Thrustmaster has better steering feedack, better pedal feel (brake still stiff), and the shifter is very sturdy.

My wheel cost $300 dollars and this well priced shifter goes with it perfectly

At the price point the wheel is set at, it's disappointing the shifter is not included, but I digress

Almost worse, sometimes when downshifting from fourth into third, the shifter thinks I threw it into first (even though it is clearly in third), and this causes my car to completely lose traction in game, and I end up in a wall, or rolling off into the grass

Strongly recommend getting the shifter as well

Like the wheel and pedals, the shifter inceases immersion and makes it easier to stay in control

That more expensive shifter only works for all

And to get this out of the way: I definitely do not miss the manual shifter, since it was never really all that useful in the G27, even less so with these modern games and modern cars

The wheel itself is mediocre at best but the shifter is the biggest joke ever I shift clearly into 5th and it puts me in third, I've blown enough engines playing forza it's now just decoration, this is the last Logitech product I'll be buying

feels great for the price I just wish logitech had a decent shifter as the current one is horrible

I finally did find in the "Settings" option for the wheel that you can still set wheel degrees of rotation from 0 - 900.Bottom line is that it is a very nice and well built wheel/pedal/shifter combination which is a pleasure to use for the games you can get it to work with

Ok so for the money don't expect solid metal construction, instead you should expect a decent shifter that doesn't brake the budget, has a nice short throw, and works plug and play with the Logitech g29/g920 race wheel for consoles

Great wheel padding on the wheel is great shifters are made of sturdy metal and the pedals are the pro version very sturdy and heavy for no slip on carpet.

Really disappointed to receive unit with a dead power supply and a shifter that is missing the notch for 6th gear.

If you have $500 to spend is suggest you keep shopping and take a good look at a thrust master VG setup which allows you to upgrade to different wheels and pedals and their shifter is superior than the Logitech

Got the wheel and shifter awhile back and loved it.my shifter is acting up and want a fix..when down shifting,5th to 4th it goes into 2nd

Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy this shifter with the wheel, but I could enjoy the experience so much more if the shifter felt anything like a real shifter

Nope, I had to place a wood block underneath the shifter and then use the two front clamps to secure the shifter in place because the third clamp is a different plastic type and is just terrible
