3rd had the same issues and broke while taking the headset off.
For the most part this headset has performed as expected, but these random issue are maddening, especially when they happen in game, and the hours searching for solutions and messing with the software and PC troubleshooting these issues has been frustrating
For the price I was really hoping for a quality headset, other than those issues I would say it has good quality no issues with it falling off like I have read
However, the audio issue and terrible support is not worth the $127 I spent on them.
I managed to correct the failed surround sound issue by resetting the headset AND the USB dongle

It seems to filter outside noise well, but more importantly, the mute controls are extremely easy
I had to buy an external microphone because the Mic produced a constant static noise when active, not just over comms but also in my headset

After 2 weeks of use, the audio began cutting in and out with a loud static noise
The G933 somehow finds the perfect middle ground of these two areas and delivers great noise cancellation while not being as “hot” as traditional leather ear pieces

September 16:Turn on headset, hear a loud high-pitched static at full volume
However there are mic problems, ie mic doesn't work when waking up all the time, or intermittant bursts of crazy static that blows out all my friends eardrums when we are playing games
This is currently my 2nd G933 I have purchased and used, to which is now effectively dead as it can hardly hold a charge, the microphone will randomly cut out or sometimes have absurdly loud static that will suddenly start going through or not even work a good chunk of the time
not as flexible as it seems in picseven with disabling the lightings of the headphones, it still lights up when you power it up or recharge it, no way to disablehorrible costumer support
the 930 did i cant go into the basement with them on anymore or listen to music with then when in the bathroom but other wise i love them

This is the third wireless from Logitch and ALL suffered the same problem
I personally like it, and no problems so far after 9 months
Logitech's software just doesn't have the same quality as their hardware peripherals (I'm usually a HUGE fan of their keyboards and mice).I don't mind running the Logitech Gaming Software on my PC, the problem is these headphones like to reset randomly while using it

first time when i received, it has problem of rink with computer, but after firmware update it work well

Cheap plastic with no support to distribute the weight evenly
I haven't broken or cracked anything, and it feels sturdy enough but the rotating joints and headband portion look like thin shiny plastic that doesn't seem too tough

Hard reset, uninstalling & reinstalling the software, etc
The instructions tell you to do a hard reset, and firmware update, if it doesn't connect, but this fails if the battery is too low, it seems, and put the headset into a worse state
Logitech support had my hard reset it and it fixed for like 5 days then started doing it again.
We have done every thing suggest from Logitech to fix these problems, from reinstalling drivers and gaming software, to using the hard reset button on the dongle and headset, to unconventional recommendations such as uninstalling skype preview
Uninstalling the Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) and reinstalling it as well as resetting the headset solved this

Despite that, and a mildly obnoxious low-battery beep, I still think the G933 is a good headset, but I would say the G633 is more reliable and better suited for long term use
