Sound quality is decent but the software and updates that said it would've fix the problems never helped

Let me just start by saying that this is the best gaming headset i have ever used

This is my SECOND headset where the audio has died in the right ear-piece and only works in the left

The right ear piece on my old Logitech G930 started to have a muffled

The G933 somehow finds the perfect middle ground of these two areas and delivers great noise cancellation while not being as “hot” as traditional leather ear pieces

They sound good and have a decent range to them especially for the price

The wireless range was only good for about 15-20 feet (I was trying to transmit through 1-2 walls, so your experience might be better), so I couldn't get it to work across my house - which isn't very big

Logitech also has worst support in the industry.

I love logitech but the G933 is made for a market that just isn't for me.

I thought my previous Logitech were good, but this one feels a step above.

Something has happened to the pad that rests on the top of your head and multiple times now when I remove the headset it rips some hair out as I take it off

Sometimes the plug in goes bad or the wire is defective

I got a bad wire and happened to have another around that is working great now

Do not know why it is degrading, but it could have been internal damage or loose wiring that I could not see when I first received the headphones that broke more over time.
