There is no lag, buttons are all very responsive.

The buttons work fine and the build quality feels very sturdy, but it's such a chunky, uncomfortable controller that I really am not a fan

Great controller, easily programmable and nice weighted feel in the hands with good button response.

Instead of four simple buttons with an option to hit two buttons for diagonal inputs like every other controller, Logitech instead opted to build the D-pad as some awkward disc-shaped thing that feels incredibly mushy to push down on.3
