    Logitech M510 Wireless Mouse, Blue

    • this is my favorite mouse for desktop or laptop use ... the grip in-hand is excellent and Logitech's SetPoint software allows me to implement my favorite button assignments: <ENTER> for the side buttons and <DoubleClick> for the middle button ... the left-right scrolling by tilting the wheel is also useful
    • The mouse has started registering double clicks when I have only depressed the button once
    • Love the multiple buttons...the back button saves all kinds of time
    • Very durable, and with 5 buttons, suitable for gaming.
    • Sturdy mouse, has a few additional buttons, compact in size yet still feels good in the hand (I have normal to smaller sized hands, not Trump-small dainty hands, but also not huge, gnarled meat hooks, either)
    • but I am looking for something with better buttons.
    • second main gripe: since its a logitech mouse, that means the mouse wheel click button 3 doesnt work
    • No double clicking problem or weak right mouse button.
    • Love the programmable buttons
    • The back and forward buttons don't always work reliably in my web browser (Chrome).
    • Love the buttons on the side.
    • Its back/forth buttons and scroll wheel are precise as well
    • This happens on a Mac when I close certain applications (e.g. Spotify).- The middle click button is flaky.
    • Right click button is dead within 5 months :(, I really liked this model when I bought it in 2012 which still works
    • It's decently economical, fits my hand nicely, and has very useful macro buttons.
    • because of the stupid squishy buttons
    • I like the buttons on the thumb side, forward and backward makes it very easy when surfacing the web.
    • Best feature is the suitably measured click pressure for both left and right mouse buttons - presents just enough pressure to "not" be overly sensitive and hasn't double-clicked once in error!
    • The programmable buttons (with specific combinations customizable for specific programs) are handy
    • I like the extra buttons.
    • The mouse is still going strong, scroll wheel, buttons... all good.
    • What ends up happening is that the user will click one of top buttons while trying to grip the mouse to push a side button because they have so much resistance
    • I like the 'back' buttons on the side.
    • The left click button has become UNUSABLE and TOTALLY UNRELIABLE.
    • Great mouse love the programming buttons
    • The buttons on the left are great for jumping back and forward online
    • If you want to program the top or side buttons for use with games you can do that on their site
    • Notably, one brand new Gen 2 M510 had a mushy button on day 0.
    • The oldest unit has a fickle middle button that you must smash to operate - that said, this specific mouse had been left outside for 4 months before it acquired this condition
    • The forward and back buttons are hard to press
    • Right click button is dead within 5 months :(, I really liked this model when I bought it in 2012 which still works
    • I despise the horizontal scrolling buttons, as I like to press and hold the mouse wheel to scroll at every possible degree.
    • Bad: The buttons are very cheap and will wear out in 0-18 months, after which they will start intermittently failing to respond to clicks or inserting extra clicks while the button is held down.
    • The buttons on the side are good but not great, as in the placement
    • With this mouse, I have a minor issue with the right click button.
    • The large buttons and scroll wheel make this ideal for most PC users!
    • I have a mouse that has basic functions (left/Right buttons and Scroll wheel)
    • The extra programmable buttons, especially the two on the side which I have programmed as forward/backward history buttons are a plus.
    • SetPoint software will NOT run properly, so I can't customize the fancy new buttons I paid for!
    • Love the back and forward buttons on the side, very nice
    • Love the back and forward buttons on the side, very nice
    • Love the scroll wheel as well as the forward/back button the side
    • I have updated the software and tried every fix I found online, short of opening the mouse up and having to re-assemble the button after cleaning it
    • Then after that the right click button stopped working
    • Programmable buttons make this a real winner for me.
    • A click of the backward button on the mouse will ruin all you efforts spent on a website
    • I was so satisfied with this product at the beginning, it was very comfortable to hold, extra buttons were nice, and I loved the color
    • This mouse randomly releases the right click button despite the fact im still holding it down, usually causing me to miss
    • While the buttons on the side of the mouse seem like a good idea, in practice they are very difficult to use
    • It fits my hand better than the smaller mouse I originally bought and I enjoy the side buttons, too
    • and I love the simple way I can customize all 7 buttons bringing in support for Launchpad, Spaces (virtual desktops), and Exposé
    • It is smooth and fits my left hand OK, but the 2 programmable buttons are unusable for a left hander unless you contort your fingers or turn the mouse to the side
    • Its got low input lag, and enough buttons to do some light gaming if thats your
    • When I click and drag the button randomly un-clicks and clicks again
    • Love the scrolling features and the back and forward buttons for page turning and comparison shopping.
    • Nice size and hand fit, Two buttons on left side are for cycling thru web, but I rarely use the feature
    • The forward and back buttons are a little stiffer than my old mouse, as is the center click with the wheel
    • The extra buttons are definitely a plus as well; I can barely use a normal mouse after the benefits of this one
    • I have learned to love the programmable buttons
    • I especially love the programmable buttons, which requires a quick download of software from the Logitech website.
    • Its got low input lag, and enough buttons to do some light gaming if thats your
    • Then all of them, roughly after the same time of use, started breaking down - the left button sometimes doesn't register a click, sometimes it registers it multiple times
    • The back/forward buttons by the thumb are really convenient and has become a necessity on all my mice now
