    • This last time, I'm a little disappointed as I finally needed it and opened it up and the right button when clicking squeaks.

    • Button below the wheel is a release for the wheels ratchet so it can free wheel and scroll at super high speed
    • I recall seeing others having problems with sticky buttons.
    • I was playing Resident Evil Revelations with this mouse and that game requires you to hold down the right click button to switch to aiming mode and press the left click button to fire

    • The buttons are intuitive, although sometimes the thumb buttons (and hidden thumb one) get pushed accidentally at times
    • Squeeks when left or right buttons are used
    • So, you are missing an important extra button
    • If you don't like the forward and back buttons (I don't, I never use them on purpose and click them on accident a lot), then you can download software and set it to ignore those mouse inputs completely
    • The only gripe I have is that the back mouse button doesn't work on Macs, but I think this problem actually Macs in general not supporting the back button
    • The button is perhaps too sensitive for my tastes and is easily bumped/switched.
    • The button on the top allows to lock fast/slow scroll and the scroll buttons also works as middle button
    • the side-scrolling markings, free-scrolling wheel button markings and logo will rub off, from palm perspiration and friction, I imagine

    • , if you would like a thumb button, you'll now have to order a M720 Triathalon mouse.

    • It's got just enough buttons for the functionality I want without being overly complicated
    • Cons:- Virtually no "middle button", very hard to press
    • right and left mouse, plus two thumb buttons along the side that are user configurable.
    • I love the extra hidden button that opens up every active window like Macs do
    • You can expect a 1-2 year life span of this mouse, depending how heavily you use it, before the left/right click buttons start to get faulty.
    • It's very plasticky and light, even with the batteries in; the buttons feel terrible
    • In contrast, similarly-priced mice I've had before this one would chew through batteries, fall apart over time (scoll wheels, buttons not working) and not work as well as the M705 on varied surfaces
    • Even when brand new, holding down the right button first, about a 1 in 10 times the left button gets jammed somehow making it impossible to use meaning that I have to release both keys and try again to get it to work
    • The buttons have a good feel and I like the rubbery texture on the thumb rest.
    • The left click button squeaks like crazy now and is almost unusable to left click stuff
    • Never-ending battery life, ergonomic, responsive, and just enough extra functions/buttons for business or casual computing
    • I'm a gamer and I love the side buttons and the smoothness of the mouse.
    • I like the different buttons. and that the scroll wheel can also do horizontal, and the scroll button can easily be changed to scroll quickly or precise.
    • once i figured out how to disable the lower thumb button, it was perfect.
    • I came back to this same mouse because the click is fairly 'soft' - in other words it's easy to press down the left and right buttons so it doesn't irritate my wrist as some other models do
    • This could have been the perfect business mouse except for one FATAL flaw: the right button is so sensitive that I click it accidentally several times a minute, which totally blows my concentration
    • Not among the best click-feeling buttons, but really comfortable.
    • Good tracking, nice button placement, easy to use
    • The buttons on the mouse are incredibly handy.
    • This mouse is nearly identical, but again that missing button is really frustrating because I used it all the time and because, according to the Logitech website and according to the Amazon product page for the mouse, that button should have been on the mouse amazon shipped
    • The right button menu optins just doesn't appear

    • I like the multiple buttons that are easily programmable
    • Different weight, different laser, missing the hidden button.
    • Stiff buttons and cheap cords
    • Great size, buttons on the side are in perfect location and just plain easy to maneuver.
    • The top buttons are a little flimsy, but otherwise work perfectly fine.
    • Wheel is nice and smooth (fast scrolling) and buttons to me are easier to press than the mx mouse
    • Just make sure you click on the top button so that the wheel doesn't spin so freely.
    • it left/right as well), and it's missing the thumb button
    • It works on almost every surface and has enough buttons to be useful
    • Having only ever used ordinary 2-button + wheel mice, the only issues I had were with the free-moving scroll wheel (which was solved by figuring out what the top button did) and the fact that the laser is on the left side underneath instead of the center (which just took a little getting used to)
    • The multiple programmable buttons are great
    • because I became reckless using it (pushing buttons ever harder) and mishandling it while putting it and taking it out of my backpack, I had to press the left mouse button quite hard to get it to work, eventually trying to fix it myself, breaking it and then regretting my negligence
    • Love the infinite scroll function and forward/backward side button for web browsing
    • Satisfying click buttons and scroll wheel
    • Also love the page forward & back buttons.
    • The button stop makin noise (still loose though) but stopped clicking and working
    • I love that button and use it all the time
    • but there is another button in the thumb gripaccurate and responsive wheel with unlock so you can free spin it or have it notched (helps to get to the end of long documents with one flick)CONS
    • The noise is really loud when you click both left and right button
    • while doing so a scroll wheel usually moves resulting clicking outside the link.- Button to "unlock" the wheel feels like an industrial one to turn on a heavy machinery, very hard to press and feels it jams on
    • Does not track well on all surfaces, buttons feel cheap to click
    • After 9 months of continuous, daily use, the free-scrolling wheel button marking is already beginning to fade into oblivion
    • When working in Word or composing an email in Outlook, using the right mouse button should bring up suggestions on a mispelled word
    • Like when I have filled out a contact form and about to submit it, the Boom, my thumb hits the back or forward button
    • That back button is just too convenient and drag and drop is very easy
    • Work very well, especially the programmable buttons.
    • Who can mess up the main mouse buttons
    • The extra buttons are also useful in many different programs
    • The buttons and roller work well
    • Love the infinite scroll function and forward/backward side button for web browsing
    • It has awesome buttons, great glide, and perfect response time for my daily Photoshop, email, coding work
    • They changed it, quality is much lower, it missing the thumb button and the mouse quit working after one day.
    • The top buttons are a little flimsy, but otherwise work perfectly fine.
    • The top buttons are a little flimsy, but otherwise work perfectly fine.
    • Not recommended for game use as the buttons will stop working
    • Effective wireless that "just works", nice, comfortable design, and forward and back buttons on the side
    • The button on the thumb rest is unique and very much appreciated too!I did have to return and get a new one because the tilt scrolling was too sensitive, and I *STILL* feel it's a bit too sensitive
    • Middle button broke after 1.5 month
    • Also the buttons are very unpredictable
    • I think this problem is exacerbated by the wonderful shape of the mouse which naturally concentrates a bit more of your hand weight on the right button.
    • Very comfortable to use, very good scroll wheel, and love the back/forward buttons on the side.
    • very ergonomic, good responsiveness, has some useful buttons in places where they're easy to use
    • The buttons are stiff and difficult to press, and trying to use the scroll wheel button as a double click makes the mouse pointer move because it's so resistant to being pressed
    • I hate the lock/unlock wheel button, who wants a free-spinning scroll, people who don't understand the page up/down keys
    • The buttons are nice, scroll wheel is great and scrolling options are good, even though I rarely switch between them
    • and I really like all the extra buttons
    • The left and right click buttons are extremely close to each other and angle slightly so that if you are pressing the right click button it will slide to the left and under the left click button preventing both buttons from being pressed
    • If you do like those buttons then great
