    Logitech M705 Wireless Marathon Mouse

    • Logitech touts "hyperscroll" as a feature, but I strongly disagree
    • I didn't think I'd care about the fast scroll feature, but it's very convenient
    • The mouse lost some features in the 2018 update but is generally a pleasure to use
    • Love the feature of being able to switch the scrolling wheel from free wheeling to not so free wheeling
    • I love the super fast scrolling feature.
    • The back/forward buttons on the side aren't contoured like the M510, and I loved that feature on the
    • Everything else about this mouse is great, but this feature is quite frustrating
    • Great mouse, works great and has cool features
    • It was a great feature of the this mouse and Logitech removed it and kept the same model number which is extremely misleading to existing customers
    • The best feature that I looooove about this mouse is the scroll wheel feature that I wonder why no other brands have built into their mouse
    • I like its look and feel, it has some nice features even with my Mac, and I've had no problems with it--the original battery is still going, though I usually forget to turn it off when leaving for a few days
    • The wireless feature is reliable
    • I have purchased other Logitech MX mice for the free spinning wheel feature, and thought I could save money by purchasing this model.
    • However, some complaints I've seen about this mouse in other websites come from people who have not read the manual and missed some features this mouse offers that address their complaints
    • It is a handy feature though.
    • The M705 has handy features not found on most mice at a very fair price.
    • Best feature is programming buttons with Logitech downloaded software!
    • Whoever was in charge of designing those scroll wheels that "unlock" needs to go away for good, that is such a terrible feature and even though the Logitech M510 has it as well it would be a far better mouse if it had a fixed, firm scroll wheel
    • Love the feature where you can press the side of your mouse and every item you have opened is displayed on your desktop....then you can click on the one you want.
    • It has this "Hyper Fast Scrolling" feature in which you can flick the scroll wheel and it keeps on rolling vs. stopping at a notch like most scroll wheels do
    • One unusual feature is that this mouse takes one OR two AA batteries
    • It’s a well-designed piece of engineering, with several worthwhile features that improve its overall function.
    • Giving it three stars for a couple of weird features: The forward/back switch on the left side is in an odd position if your hand is resting on the mouse
    • no longer has the thumb button which is my absolute favorite feature in addition to cheaper overall construction, poor glide pads on the bottom, and a worse laser
    • I spent time at work looking for a way to disable the tilt feature, then realized I need a new mouse.
    • I love the fast scrolling feature and its comfortable but 6 months ??
    • The mouse is too heavy for you?The most awesome and rarely mentioned feature about the mouse is the ability to modify its weight and center of gravity by only using one AA battery instead of two
    • The "free scroll" is such a desirable feature
    • Love the free spin feature of the scroll wheel
    • Another nice feature of this mouse is the ability to change its' weight by using one battery (lighter) or two
    • In theory, this is a great features to have.
    • , I'd like the way it fits in my hand not big yet not small , and the feature to go back to previuos
    • I bought this for the "hyper-fast" scrolling feature that I depended on with my now departed Performance MX mouse.
    • But this M705 has a little better handling and a couple other features such as the button nearer to you than the scroll wheel to easily switch from ratchet to smooth scrolling.
    • Anyhoo.....its a good solid mouse with some nice advanced features
    • As far as I can tell, there isn't anything in the software to disable this feature
    • Today I received this mouse, equipped with some of my favorite features - hyper-fast, free wheeled scroll button, extra thumb buttons (this one appears to have a third thumb button by pushing vertically down, making this a 6-button mouse), large size for my ape hands, and of course wireless with slim usb dongle.
    • The customizable buttons are a really nice feature as well.
    • The mouse wheel with the button to switch back and forth between a throttled roll and a free spin is such a great feature for when I'm working with large files in code editors and need to get down far quickly.
    • This mouse has a nice feature: free-rolling wheel
    • The free scroll feature is awesome
    • Love the smooth fast-scroll feature.
    • The G502 also has the dual-mode scroll wheel, and I appreciate that Logitech carried this handy feature over to the M705
    • (May be a nice feature for some, but I need the click for most of my computing purposes.)
    • My favorite feature is the button to unlock the scroll wheel
    • I've been using this mouse at work for several months and really like it, my favorite feature is the "hidden" thumb button
    • I miss this feature but decided to keep it.
    • A nice looking mouse with some nice features but laggy as heck even after messing with all the settings.
    • They feel good in your hands and have great features and then...it will stop functioning properly before it completely dies
    • super hand fit and in all functions is as smoothly responsive as you could ever want, without being jerky.
    • I'm also confused as to why Logitech Options isn't compatible with this mouse
    • Although I've tried Logitech's $66 MX Master and a different, $12 laser mouse, I still prefer the M705 as of this writing
