    • The scroll wheel is a constant problem due to a lack of a stop point when scrolling, and on researching post-
    • In addition, the hyper fast scrolling which I already rely on heavily now is not found in other models like M510 in the class

    • The free scroll feature is awesome
    • Kinda wish I'd gotten that one, but it doesn't have the hyper fast scroll, which is nice but not necessary; I'd trade reliable middle click for that.
    • I wish logitech got rid of the smooth scrolling gimmick, this could be why the wheel feels so loose.
    • You can't press the scroll wheel down without left/right scrolling
    • The weighted free-wheeling wheel has a good feel to it at this price point -- not clunky at all -- but is occasionally sensitive to unwanted scrolling movement when the mouse is moving
    • I sure wish logitech was still making quality hyper-scrolling mice like the vx nano.
    • My only complaint before it stopped working was that the scroll was a little too sensitive and had to fight with it to keep web pages from scrolling inadvertently.
    • It's not the batteries that loose in the mouse, but the stupid scroll wheel

    • The button switches the wheel from free spinning for fast scrolling to more regular mouse scrolling
    • At times it seems very prone to interference - uneven scrolling
    • But this M705 has a little better handling and a couple other features such as the button nearer to you than the scroll wheel to easily switch from ratchet to smooth scrolling.
    • 4 stars because its smooth scrolling chrome addon that comes with it is bad and theres no clear way to adjust dpi
    • Random clicks, a faulty scroll wheel, and unwanted double clicks plagued the unit
    • I love the hyper-fast scroll wheel on my

    • If you check the Logitech product support literature, they did make a new version but use the same m705 part number, you identify the new version by the pads an the bottom of the mouse!see m705 support from Logitech, I can't post the link here for some reason!Waiting to see if this solves the problem? In normal scroll mode it works fine!9/5/18 update
    • Don't love the scroll...it is jumpy.
    • , it's lightweight, it's wireless, the free-scrolling wheel is so useful, the battery hasn't run out in about a year of frequent use, and it's cheap
    • The wheel has nice smooth scrolling OR clicky scrolling depending on position of the top button.
    • It includes a three-button scroll wheel, allowing left and right scrolling along with the main scroll wheel click common in most mice

    • The hyper fast scroll wheel is great and the customizability of the mouse keys is great.

    • Random clicks, a faulty scroll wheel, and unwanted double clicks plagued the unit
    • Quiet scroll wheel
    • It seems very responsive, a good size for my hands, and has a better scroll wheel than previous mice I've been using

    • I turned it all the way down on my Mac, and it's still a little faster than I'd like, and I like a fast scrolling wheel
    • The wheel acts as a button as well as a scroll wheel and is special for two reasons: not only does it allow side-scrolling (left-right), it also has a button underneath to allow for Quantum Scrolling (I just made that term up), by which you basically take the breaks off and zoom through feeds and timelines like you're a photon traveling through empty space
    • Unless you really need a free rolling scroll wheel I wouldn't consider this mouse.
