It took them around 1.5 months to solve such a easy warranty repair due to slow responses

They will not honor warranty or help you!Also their software and drivers are always buggy and they are very very slow to fix

The mouse worked as if it was in a time loop, you'd move it left, it would go halfway across the screen, then jump back to where you started.
