This is a great value for the money I would highly recommend.

U guess it's not bad for what you pay, it's just cheap looking, and cheesy.
I hooked the speakers to my tv and found them to be good looking, well constructed and produce sound of good quality and with sufficient volume.
A little fragile looking, but a good buy and works great for sound.
Not cheap looking.
Highly recommended if you're just looking for some good speakers for gaming, watching youtube, or listening to music while you work.

Solid buy for the price... pleasantly exceeded my expectations, would recommend.

As for music the volume gets extremely loud and is entirely usable, you may just miss out on some portions of the audio
Good clear sound and reasonably loud volume for a small room.
Although the speakers works great with music, when it comes to using it for the TV, the volume might feel so loud and has air in it, or at least not clear as the sound you get from the TV itself.3

Very nice sound for a small inexpensive set of speakers.
For wanting a cheaper set of speakers without a sub, these deliver everything I wanted and more
--I think I'll invest in better headphones instead--but if you're looking for a cheap, fairly durable set of speakers you can't go wrong with these.

Any high points also have noticeable tings to them too; which even the factory PC speakers don't have issues with
These were the only PC speakers I was considering, otherwise I was going to get some passive speakers and a small Lepai amp... because PC speakers are generally just that bad unless you are willing to spend serious money and get active monitors and have the desk space for them
I love the auxiliary input on the unit, as they allow me to input audio directly from two different sources at the same time.

got them for my wifes class because her school supplied pc speakers wasnt loud enough for kids to hear

The first problem I found is the connection to the computer wasn't wired well and it doesn't consistently connect
It has an excellent sound system but broke because there is a faulty connection in one of the speakers.
(The blue tooth speaker I was using before would sometimes lose connection).
As plenty of other reviewers have stated, the connection where the power cord plugs into the back of the speaker is flawed.
Hard to find good connection where you don't hear a hum or get static or crackling sounds

The product is alright but randomly makes this loud buzzing noise when streaming videos
They started making this humming noise permanently that wouldn't turn off unless you unplugged the speakers
They just started emitting that humming noise that disconnected speakers make
They make an constant awful buzzing noise that randomly fluctuates between a subtle whine and an impossible-to-ignore static fuzz
Not as much bass as I like, but it sounds great.
