all drivers were found and the headset works very well with both systems.
this headset is sturdy fits comfy and smooth on ears not like the ones that have a sponge like cover that comes off all the time and the y tend to break easyhas usb connection microphone works well
Bad work
I have another headset just like this for over a year and works great.
The audio is decent enough, microphone works pretty well, comfortable enough for long use, etc, etc
The good news - Amazingly comfortable, great audio quality, incredible mic
They lasted forever and felt great, when they finally broke I bough them again
Mic is clear, sound is good, wiring is sturdy and it's small and lightweight
My only qualm may be from not being too technologically savvy, but I have had trouble selecting both the mic and the earphones with some apps, and cannot figure out how to make it work even when it is selected
This item was trash, the mic didn't even work on my laptop or my work computer.
Works fine, one observation is that the mute switch is a bit too easily triggered resulting in the receiving party not able to hear you, otherwise it's comfortable and works as expected.
No issues as expected
Does not work as expected
The only downside is if you are using a Macbook pro with usb-c plugs like me, you need a dongle since it is a usb and not a usb-c
It does the key things I need - good mic quality, audio is good enough.
They would work for a few months, then the wire would start to lose audio when it was bent or hanging wrong, then eventually all together.
Audio is clear, and have no issues in business online meetings.
this headset 3 times-Same problem every time, audio gets messed up because of crappy wiring-Cheaply made, but decent for a few months-Buy if you feel like blowing $20 for 6 months of a decent headset
I replaced it with the same model which arrived with the intermittent audio problem
This headset worked great for awhile, but like so many others the wiring at the headset connection begins to break and short
Like I said, I still prefer Logitech's wireless versions mainly for the portability aspect, but this wired version does the job (and to be fair, the wireless ones never seem to last as long and hold up as well as the wired)
However, like the other 2, I'm sure it will eventually stop working due to the wire breaking internally like the other two...both after quite a long time (I guess for these things
While this headset worked great, within 9 months the sound has become crackly - as if the wiring has an issue.
Although I have a few minor complaints, such as how large the usb plug housing is, this is by far the best wired headset I've had at this price range.
Why the headband is using either bad plastic or too thin structure
The only downside is if you are using a Macbook pro with usb-c plugs like me, you need a dongle since it is a usb and not a usb-c
Plastic on left side broke down just after it left warranty
The headband slides on both sides to allow adjustment for different head sizes; at that attachment point, a relatively thin piece of brittle plastic is the main structural support and in my case broke very easily, just from the motion of putting the headset on and taking it off.
I bought this headset in January 2016 and although I was happy with it, the plastic around the left slide has started to crack and is on the verge of failure and I was not rough with it, just from normal use and due to the fact that I am left-handed.
The headphones block out a fair amount, but not all background noise, which is a pro for me, because I like still being able to hear what's going on around me.6
According to Melanated Community Radio Station Manager Denyse Reyes the headset works beautifully, the noise reduction features are as well as to be expected considering the price.
I have to constantly put myself on mute because you can hear every background noise possible
It hardly picks up background noise unless my kids are in the same room yelling
If you don't know, when the gain is set too high, the mic is extra sensitive -- picking up background noises and making it sound like you are yelling
Not painful, just an awkward constant pressure that's not comfortable.
Pressure on my ears made them hurt like crazy
I get migraines when I wear headsets too long, which can be as little as a few minutes, so the pressure this headset is causing right off the bat is concerning me
The ear cushions are not big enough to fit over the ear and they're a bit hard so after a while the pressure starts to hurt my ears
Not painful, just an awkward constant pressure that's not comfortable.

These made an awful buzzing noise
At first, these were working great, but then I started to hear a buzzing noise
Good microphone/headphones, but WILL NOT work with a laptop or computer plugged into a non-grounded outlet (produces a buzzing noise in the background).
After some troubleshooting, the buzzing noise appeared to occur when ever the cable to the headset was touching any other cable (e.g. power cord or itself)
