The arm is stiff but flexible, allowing me to move the phone to the location I desired without it then shifting or falling on its own accord from gravity or motion of the vehicle

When I placed this in the cup holder and began to ratchet the base to expand out, the arm for the holder broke off.

The arms are adjustable to hold smaller or larger phones or GPS units

What I like: the arms and rests to keep the phone in place is great

You spin a little knob at the base of the arm to either extend or retract arms in the cup holder base which then hold it very firmly in place.

The only thing that would make it better is if the arm was a little longer, and maybe a little more flexible

It is a very simple concept--stick it in the cup holder, adjust the width so that it fits snugly in the cup holder, and then turn and twist the arm and rotating holder to get it into a nice position.

I was confused as to how to make it fit into my car's cupholder at first, but I read the directions and it showed me to twist the bottom to make it extend out into the cup holder.

Now it works as I have imagined it would

and it's still working as if it was brand new
