While there is an arrow to indicate direction to twist the base to release it from the cup holder, I instinctively twist it the wrong way every time

Also had a couple of times where I thought I twisted it in the wrong direction and broke it.

The directions were a bit sketchy and the holder did not expand on the first couple of tries, however when it did expand it fit

Then after 2 weeks it went all down hill the arm got weaker n weaker n after 3 weeks it went limp like grandpa :( so now as I drive down the street it just flopping
