This is a perfect phone holder for my needs.

It's not as easy to see as a vent holder, but they are far less sturdy.

You obviously will lose one cup-holder and your gear shift lever may come close to your phone but the location is very convenient (at least in my car).

Sturdy construction, easy release, and stable base make for an excellent holder in my truck.

Based on the quality and functionality of most iphone holders out there, I was expecting the worst, i.e. something cheap that didnt hold the iphone well.

Tough to find the right phone holder

This is definitely the best phone holder you can buy and it's price is much lower than others I was looking at that are supposedly superior than this one

It works great and mostly does what is claimed..however the holder itself does not allow for a whole lot of adjustment..pretty much fits an ipod and maybe a phone and nothing more.

If you like to change angles often and use multiple phones (as I do) I found this holder to be cumbersome and difficult to adjust

But I have a 1999 Buick Century and it has odd cup holders that are not strong, but this works just fine in them.

I have tried and tried to make it work because I like how high my phone is and so far can't find ANYTHING else as high in a cupholder type phone holder for my iPhone X, but I give up, going back to my lower, more expensive and much better quality Belkin holder.

I'm very impressed by the quality of the product, it has nothing to do with those cheap plastic phone holders, this one is very well made, you can tell the quality just by looking at the package; the adjustable base is very nice, fits perfect on my SUV's cup holder

while driving then look when I'm stopped anyway but the lower holders made that very difficult

it actually deformed the holder and after awhile it snapped in half

I bought it for my Prius, and it fit the cup holder well enough, it just would not adjust in anyway that I could view the phone

I was really worried about losing a cup holder but this is a real life savor

I do love the quick release clip and padded holder - makes disengaging the phone a breeze.

I've tried everything to hold my phone in my car - various different mounts, vent holders, you name it.

holder was better than i expected use it all the time it was much better than the last one i purchased that broke

Other than this small issue, I would have given this product a 5 star rating, the build quality of this phone holder is great, the materials, assembly and packaging are what you would expect of a much more costly phone holder

I recommend the Macally mCup holder, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I have owned a variety of proprietary holders made specifically for a unique cellphone.

At first seems legit, like it would be an excellent fit, but it's just bulky and takes up a precious cup holder

Otherwise, this is a very sturdy holder and would likely even still hold the phone stable without the flip down bottom mounts

If your vehicle has an adjustable cup holder this device may not attach firmly
