Time-to-time, the phone falls out of the holder...
-
The one time I attempted to adjust it the tab that holds the mount to the base broke off rendering it useless.

The first time I tried to use it, the ratcheting arms refused to lock in place

The mechanism to mount the device failed the second time I used it.

Also the plastic that holds the cell phone in place broke the first time I slid the phone in.
-
I just got it a few days ago, it came at the right time and it fit in my SUV like it was made for it
-
I loved this the one time I used it
-
Disappointing -- I'll be looking for a replacement soon.
