This filing cabinet is fantastic, the drawers open and close with little effort, the wood (real wood) is very nice, the drawers are big, all my folders and files fitted

Shipped with the handles installed inside-out to prevent damage during shipment; you have to uninstall and reinstall them the correct way (use phillips-head screwdriver).
Either way, manufacturer needs to improve their quality control and/or shipping materials.
