Its a great size

Haven't had it long enough to comment on durability, but it lays flat, is fairly transparent, has a just-textured-enough surface to not slide around, and is a good size for my desk and chair space

Shipping flat is a great idea.

The mat was shipped flat and not rolled up which was an easy transition to install and lay down without ends folding up.

It is thin but sturdy and the beveled edges are great
