I'm actually really surprise how well the mirror works

This particular one is really a great combination of price/performance:- under $100, while having automatic brightness adjustment- no auto-dimming, but a mirror itself is dimmed to quite a good shade (visible both during the day and decent glare reduction at night)- power draw is relatively small: I was able to power it from the backing light, through the coax wire with thin power wire (typical for aftermarket backup cameras)I've mated it to https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00Z9R77GO/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1, which I've been using the most lately, which I also highly recommend

The reason for not giving the 5 starts is that when the vehicle is on reverse the mirror emits static to the radio (on all FM stations)
