I used it for a surprise for my wife who happens to love all things fondue and she LOVED IT!

In the warm setting, it didnt keep the chocolate as melted as I would have like

I got this as a gift for a couple and they loved it

this does not get hot enough to even melt chocolate , waste of $$$

We actually used the little chocolate chips found in the baking section of the grocery store opposed to melting chocolate and it worked great

The warmth is not working

Love this product, easy to use, easy to clean and looks beautiful with all your treats!

It took 3 hours for it to even warm up.

Works great, kept chocolate warm, food on edges cool

It did hold the chocolate at a nice consistency once melted.
