so be careful mounting them and make sure you clean the surface with alcohol first!!I used on my dash for an old phone that I'm using to show my engine diagnostics as I drive (torque app).I found out that my old phone has what's called "car dock" when I stick it to the Maxboost mount the phone automatically opens car dock which is cool in away but not cool for my application because I cant find a way of disabling the car dock
