When I went to install this item, the washer for the adjustable arm fell out completely

I have been happy with the product for 2/3 months, but after that the retractable arms started to present problems and are not able to hold any phone anymore

Like many of the other cheap phone holder mounts, the gears strip pretty quickly causing the arms to get uneven and eventually loosen up until they jump the gears.
