    • PROS- good suction- extensible arm to reach past base- pivot head
    • However, now, the left arm will not stay extended and the right arm will only stay fully extended
    • Squeezing the right arm back in will then cause both arms to try to retract, pushing the phone off center and misaligning the charging port
    • No big deal but constantly resetting it has worn the right arm smooth and no longer
    • Multiple knobs on the adjustable and extendable jointed arm and the ball swivel makes it easier to maneuver the car cell phone mount unlike others that do not have a clamp, it has not lost its sturdiness
    • When I went to install this item, the washer for the adjustable arm fell out completely

    • The arms that hold the phone in place broke after a few months and stay wide open making the mount unable to hold a phone
    • Maybe I have a "bad" unit but the arms don't open when the release button is pushed - I have to hold the button down and pry the arms apart to get the phone out.
