It takes a bit of time to warm up to its highest temperature, but so far, we're happy with it.

A bit slow to heat up, but works well and easy to clean.

Not like a "little bit" awful, but truly madly deeply awful.

The light on it turns off when the burner reaches the temperature you've set--which is probably supposed to be a feature, but for me it worries me a bit just because there's no other indication that the burner is on

It does get a bit hot on the underside and I do have to wait awhile to let it cool down before putting away

The only thing I noticed was that it smoked a bit the first two times I used it, but it has stopped afterward
