I ordered part for focus attack and arcade paradise for silence stick and silence buttons

Installing a JLF only requires a screwdriver and the 5 pin female harness from Focus Attack

The joystick is trickier, You need a 5-pin female to female cord from Focus Attack(A website I recommend for arcade parts) to plug in the new joystick (I used a Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT-SK joystick)

I find that I like the Sanwa joystick with the Kowal 1mm actuator from Focus Attack.
