it works exactly as described with my xbox one controller
I love this product, I wanted to give it a 4.5 star rating only because it should have come with the usb-c cable to connect when not docked, otherwise the product worked as described with no noticeable lag using a xbox one controller, PS4 controller and a Qanba Obsidian Arcade Stick

As far as the Magic-NS itself, it does work exactly as advertised

If you already have controllers from other systems, this is a very cost effective way to have extra controllers for Switch multiplayer.
and I'm much more comfortable using the second USB port to charge instead, that way I don't have to worry about jostling the adapter around
I now give this product 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone who isn't looking to shell out $70 for the Switch Pro controller

What I didn't really like the product wasn't compatible with every controller such as not all computer controller or just not any kind

You have to be in range but for as cheap as this thing is and as well as it works it’s worth the money!
The most important thing is it can switch the A/B and X/Y button, which is reverse on Nintendo's console.
The only bad thing is that If you leave it connected to the switch and turn on the console, the item wouldn't activate, and you should disconnect and connect it again.

There is no input lag that I see it feels like im using my regular usb xbox 360 controller but with a much better controller

Using both Joy-Cons works mostly great
I've noticed the sensitivity feels a little different between the Joy Cons and my XBone controller, but I don't know how much of that is the blame of the controller itself or the adapter
For now unless problems arise in the future with the adapters, I would recommend this as an alternative to the much more expensive Joy-Cons and Pro Controller especially for a multiple player setup.
