So far, we found out this ointment has 2 different uses:My wife was using this while breastfeeding not long ago and It worked perfect for her

Wife loves this to keep her nips feeling good after breastfeeding.

I like this a lot better than the lansioh lanolin because its smooth consistency conpared to lansioh where its thick and sticky

The consistency of this particular lanolin reminds me of A&D ointment and I love it

I don’t really like the consistency, it’s tackier than petroleum

First of all, I will agree that this product has a better consistency than Lanisoh.

The consistency is just right, a little goes a long way!

My LC told me that because I am allergic to wool, the lanolin was making my cracked niles worse, not better.

The only thing that’s really not ok about this product is that it smells like a meth person’s BO

Believe it or not this is the best thing I found for my baby DIAPER RASH

I actually still use this ointment, but on my lips each night and each morning; it's the best thing out there for cracked lips and it looks like a natural, pretty gloss- not too much and better

The only bad thing is (like all lanolin ointments) it will stain your clothes

For more cases of nipple soreness the Lansinoh works better for me because it’s thicker-especially for in the shower when nips are sensitive.

When she would slip up or bite me because of the yucky taste, she would yank off quickly which would just damage the nip again

I don't need it any more, and the smell isn't the greatest, but it WORKS for sore nips.

We use this for diaper rash cream because its safe on cloth diapers.

If you are using cloth diapers, this works great instead of a diaper rash cream.

It leaves a greasy residue and will also stain your bras.

Yes it does stain your bra but only if your don't use nursing pads which I do so it does not bother me.

Make sure to wear a bra or a shirt you're okay with ruining as this leaves grease stains on fabric.

It also stains your bra, but I dont mind it as much as I mind the smell
