    • The color was rich and the sound was amazing
    • Still, after a couple of days messing with the tuning to get it to hold, it produces a decent sound and since I'm just learning it's a perfect instrument for that purpose.
    • The sound is pretty awesome for a $70 violin, honestly
    • I purchased this violin for my daughter who was starting violin class at school, and while I would not say that it sounds amazing, I think it sounds very good for the price and for her level of playing (and I've heard far worse-sounding violins that other students have played).
    • But this is a great bargain for a real violin with great sound.
    • We haven't needed to replace any strings, so I cannot comment on the strings quality but if they are the same as the ones on the violin, they are fine, they make sounds... just not great sounds.
    • I also have a very nice sound system with high bit rate classical music
    • I expected a lot of screeching, and instead it has a beautiful, mellow sound

    • It is also not exaggerated enough so that I DON'T hit two strings at once (which I often do).The sound is fine, but I have nothing to compare it to
    • This thing tunes easily and has a nice sound!
    • If I play incredibly carefully I can sometimes get an almost decent sound out of it, but usually not

    • Good sound
    • Really bad sound
    • Honestly, I didn't bother to educate myself on this instrument and what to know before purchasing one, I just relied upon some of the seemingly fair-sounding reviews in here and, admittedly on sheer impulse, decided to purchase it and give it a try
    • It has good sound for the price, but I would suggest immediately investing in better strings.
    • Being a violinist, the sound of this instrument is much more important than the looks.

    • - I didn't like the sound the strings made either
    • The violin has a good sound
    • great sound
    • If the rosin is properly administered with strong, careful bow strokes, it will adhere to the string producing a clear sound
    • As I am just learning, the sound seems pretty good to me, so I take it the quality of the bridge (minus the way it's shaped), the bow, the strings, and rosin are good enough for a beginner
    • My daughter's teacher loves the sound.
    • This violin is certainly for beginners, but not recommended at all for intermediate or advanced players as it becomes difficult to play, feel, and admire the sound.
    • Otherwise it produces a decent sound and comes with good accessories.

    • Has a good sound.
    • We love it; very well made with good sound
    • Once tuned, the sound was beautiful and not at all scratchy
    • The sound isn't great, so long notes and vibrato don't really hold up, making it much better suited as a fiddle in old time or bluegrass music than as a classical violin
    • it is amazingly beautiful and the sounds is very pretty
    • Sound is good and so far I did not have any issue with the bridge or keeping it tuned
    • This violin has a very beautiful sound the bridge came installed and came with a backup bridge thank you.

    • great sound, very happy
    • Looks nice, sounds well, the kids love it
    • The sound is lovely and the cost is less than renting one and if another of my kids wants to

    • once I coould do it, the sound improved a lot, perfect for begginers.
    • Gives a nice sounds for a student violin, but we've had some trouble with one of the tuning pegs staying tight
    • produces great and classic sound
    • The spacing between the string grooves at the peg box is not even, doesn’t affect the sound but bothers my OCD side
    • Sound isn't too bad either
    • The violin has a great sound once you rosin the bow up (and I mean 15 mins plus) and probably not with the rosin it came with
    • Students become accustomed to the bad sound and the instrument actually prevents them from growing/learning at an acceptable rate
    • The violin itself has a decent enough quality sound (once again, not a great musician or

    • Decent sound for $60
    • The sound is terrible
    • Sound is great
    • For being a cheaper item it has great sound and a great fit
    • The sound is very good for an amateur player like myself, again I was more interested in working on one being an amateur woodworker and furniture maker
    • It really saddens me when I see enthusiastic students who are very eager to learn their instrument suffer because they cannot produce a decent sound
    • The sound and quality are great for the price (you can always invest in a better instrument once you get good)
