Too many unnecessary changes that took valuable time trying to revert (when possible) back to an earlier edition

Product was what I wanted, was delivered on schedule, and well protected for shipment.

When I needed to move the software to another computer, it had not been tied to a Microsoft Account like the other versions of this software are and, when I called Microsoft Tech support, they were absolutely horrible and refused to help, accusing me repeatedly of pirating the software and hanging up on me rather than letting me speak with a manager.

Buyer beware the one I got looked nothing like image (it was a homemade disk with license key in a paper

Plus Microsoft would not let me get a backup disk (it was denied) with the key used

This is FAR superior to Office 2016, which is a disaster, loaded with bugs, and freezes constantly.

At least Office 2013, was built before MS decided to create an operating system, with unremovable services that haunt you every day that you are not using Edge or any number of their useless add ons such as mail, that cannot be set to leave the mail on the server, so you will miss e-mails in Outlook because MS mail grabs and deletes the email from the mail server.
