2 of my Xbox one controllers only lasted 3 months before joystick drift n sticky buttons started showing.

Only annoyance is that my right analog stick squeaks a ton.

The right analog stick will randomly cause your viewing angle to turn or be off center.

Don't bother with modern wired controllers, their all trash, the wire comes loose; the joysticks get stuck; and the buttons break very easily

Depending on the way I dangled the cord from the controller, the connection would die/reestablish

The connection where the cable meets the controller is very weak

I do not wrap the cord around the controller and the fault is not in the length of the wire but the connection where it goes to the controller

The wireless eats batteries and CONSTANTLY loses connection

This one has the break away connection too, so no worries about breaking your xbox if you trip over the cord.

My main problem with the first was that the d-pad would work, but only sporadically -- as in I would press right and it would work, but then I would press up, and there would be a "dead zone" with no response; this would correct itself to move onto another direction, for example, up would work again, but then I would get no response from the right
