This is a solid mid-range chair with very good comfort and back support

I'm contacting the manufacturer and if I can fix it I will keep it, because back support is nice, but if not, I'll definitely return this and put one star on it.

It does provide good lumbar support for someone of my height... 5' 7".

The back support seems especially good.

One more thing to add is back support is key, and this chair has the arch for a soothing support.

Seat is firm but not hard and the back provides great support with the breathable mesh.

This chair has pretty good lumbar support but the seat cushion is HARD and not very comfortable.

The back support is also not comfortable (not as described that provides such support).

What have I leaned from all the chairs I have bought for computers the past 6 years?It is best to spend as much money as you can afford otherwise you will most likely have a chair that is either crap , bad back support, falls apart and wont last long

The back support of the chair is not good.

Every part was sealed in manufacturing plastic, so it could not have been used (since it was never assembled).Super comfortable chair with awesome upper back/neck support and those retractable arms come in clutch as well.
