This one works exactly as described and I am a very happy customer.

It took a little bit of work to get this set-up and working properly, but once adjusted the signal is strong and the alarm works as described.

It's about 220 feet by line of sight from the location of the probe to the inside unit, and it works just fine.

She just took out the new receiver, replaced it with the old one sent the system back to the company as damaged

Now our system works great no false alarms from animals or children.

The system works and it does detect moving cars, but if your driveway is more than 150 feet long, this is not a workable product

Keeping sensitivity to the minimum needed for reliable detection, I generally get over 9 months service from fresh alkaline batteries in warm weather.

I am guessing that the false signals were being generated by passing motorists that sent a signal to the transmitter which triggered it.

When I found a code that stopped the false signals I raised the sensitivity in increments and backed off when I received a false signal.

Yes this product works as it says it does , but it is not loud enough , I have heard a watch make a louder alarm , this is not an alarm it is useless .

This Mule does everything the Dakota does, but the Dakota just has a loud beeping and not a nice music announcement that the Dakota has.

This alarm sits in a window, & as soon as a vehicle drives in, it gives a nice loud beep, letting us know someone has pulled in

After listening to the weak beep, I figured that the repeating every 15 minutes would be ok as I would have more chances to hear it.

The upshot is that in many situations the above ground sensor of units like the FM131 will give many false positives, making you think a vehicle is approaching when it isn't

have it set a little over 120 feet a couple of false positives but sencetivity was sret high.
