I love this kettle and it worked great with the temperature controls, easy to use, but after 7 months of using it everyday it stopped working

As a tea drinker, I really appreciate being able to have the perfect temperature to not scorch and ruin my tea

Simply put, it heats water very quickly, water pours smoothly (suprising problem with others!), temperature controls and flex works well, keep warm setting stays active after removed from base.......and it looks sleek and stylish.

I do really like the digital temperature on the handle so for other beverages you know how hot you want to brew tea, ect

The lid gets stuck, have to press the middle button down for many times to open it and sometimes can't read the temperature because the sensor is not working

It's great at keeping the water at the proper temperature even after it's off.

It will switch off, if it discovers it is dry, it will heat up to whatever temperature you ask it to so teas and coffees are brewed at just the right temperature, the water only touches stainless steel, and my husband is constantly pleasantly surprised by how quickly it comes to temperature

Also, the flexible temperature control is nice, but the kettle has a tendency to overshoot the desired temperature by quite a lot (8-10 degrees F), so your water will always end up hotter than you expect, and you need to make sure to set it lower than the temperature you actually want, if you actually care about such things.
