The temperature is easy to set with the dial and the display is easy to read

DisplayThe display is quite nice, yet even though I understand it's for the minimalist design it would be nice to see the current temperature and the desired temperature at the same time, or the current temperature and timer and the same time, which is not possible however it's not a deal breaker

I bought this for a Hario V60 pour over setup as a birthday present, and from my initial impressions from testing it out before gifting it looks really modern and minimalistic; the stand, LED display, and temperature control dial are really low-profile and look great in any coffee setup

It heats quickly to a max temperature of 212F/100C and has a sleek LED display which is completely hidden when not in use

I needed a gooseneck kettle for pour-over coffee, and I chose this one because I felt that the temperature control would be handy for that as well as for green tea.

We really enjoy using this electric kettle for our pour over coffee in the morning as well as for boiling water for tea or for anything else that needs hot water (like ramen cups on a cold rainy day!)
