In the end I returned the Miroco, as I prefer the accurate temperature regulation and flow rate of the Stagg

Using the kettle is as easy as can be, and the ability to turn the dial to the perfect temperature required for your beverage makes this kettle superior to those that you simply turn on and get hot water out of.

My theory is that the temperature sensor can sometimes have a sensing delay so it does not sense real time temperature and may take some seconds more to sense and correct current temperature, however this is just my theory I can not confirm this

The keep warm temperature is always coming in clutch when I set it to boil and completely forget about it an hour or so later

The second time I heated water, I did turn the temperature all the way up to 212F, and it did actually boil over, even with not filling the water past the max fill line
