Misfit Shine - Activity and Sleep Monitor

    • The Misfit Shine Activity and Sleep monitor comes with one black band, the Misfit tracker device in the color you choose, the battery, the attachment for the wrist band to hold the tracker more securely, and a small tool to help raise the back piece to insert the battery.
    • Thank YouMisfit Shine - Activity and Sleep Monitor
    • Best activity monitor I have ever bought.
    • If you need a reliable activity tracker that will give you accurate data consistently, pick something that might be more expensive, but will actually work.
    • BUT while it does a fairly good job at registering the steps, and it breaks up the activity through the day in light, moderate, vigorous it is not accurate at all when it comes to what kind of activity one is doing
    • All things considered, for the money it has been a great activity tracker.
    • but if you are looking for a good activity tracker I would recommend garmen.
    • A basic, well-priced activity and sleep tracker that is waterproof
    • She can safely use even in agile activities.
    • Awesome activity/sleep tracker
    • Thank you Speedo and Misfit for this awesome activity tracker.
    • This is the most attractive activity tracker, but certainly not the most enabled
    • The Shine registered no activity at all during my 60 minute pilates reformer lesson (less cardio, but light sweat, muscle fatigue), so I had to manually record that as yoga, since there's no pilates option.
    • I liked that it didn't look like all the other activity monitors out there
    • Pros: Waterproof(?), can track cycling as activity, AestheticsCons: battery operated, Not sure that it really is waterproof
    • It is a great activity tracker, seems very accurate and it is very sleek
    • This inexpensive little activity tracker is great, seems accurate and easy to use, (once you read the directions).
    • Still, a good activity tracker for steps.

    • It definitely is the most attractive activity tracker out there; however, if it does an absolutely terrible job tracking your activity then I'm not sure what the point of it is other than as an accessory with pretty cool lights
    • MISFIT offered to replace, but who wants the aggravation just to monitor activity.
    • It is basically just inexpensive activity and sleep tracker and for the price of either, Flash or Shine, I really don't know what people expect
    • It needs the ability to track more activities, like different types of exercise
    • There are very limited activities listed on the app too
    • This is the second inexpensive activity tracker I have returned because of what seem to be design flaws, and I have resolved to shop for them only in brick and mortar stores where I can make sure they work while I am still in the store.
    • You're supposed to triple tap before starting exercise, but I experimentally tried skipping that step and the app still registered it as "intense activity," which is enough for my needs.
    • It has activity tagging especially like running or swimming which I use
    • I tried just extending the walk time, but that's not accurate, I'm sure, and brings me to another problem - whether the Shine characterizes activity as "light", "moderate" or "vigorous" seems to depend only on duration, not actual exertion.
    • Great activity and sleep tracker.

    • The Misfit Shine was a good activity tracker until it stopped working
    • It's so much more stylish than a FitBit, as well as being cheaper.-Accuracy
    • A few times it worked as it should, tap twice, show progress
    • I bought the so-called "Speedo" version of Shine from Misfit site directly in Sep as soon as it's available, and was highly expecting it
    • My only criticism is that it pops out of the wrist band and it very easy to lose (as you will see from other reviews)
    • Very unhelpful as by then you have to start trying to sync all over again
    • The item doesn't work as it will not hold a charge.
    • I always wear it on my wrist but there is the option of wearing it as a sort of lanyard type thing as well as you can buy additional pieces to wear it as a necklace etc
    • I was really hoping this would work out as I needed an activity tracker for the swimming pool.
    • After reading the numerous reviews and looking at other activity monitors I decided to go with the Misfit Shine as I wanted something that would integrate with my business clothing, provide accurate readings for activities, monitor my sleep cycle, and I really wanted something that was waterproof.
    • Ok, so I tried just now and it worked as it should, showing progress and then time
    • I hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine.
    • This is by far my favorite fitness tracker I've tried both for the sleek fit and comfort as well as for accuracy
    • Don't use your money on this, as totally cool as it seems.
    • I love the band and t chose the Misfit a second time because it doesn't have to be recharged and is more elegant looking than most fitness tracker.
    • but I strong believe the flexibility in its design cause serious fault in the integrity of the gadget in the rubber enclosure
    • Fashionable - I upgraded to the metal mesh band and it looks just like a watch and goes pretty well with my
