I lose the camera for at least a half hour Other than that the night vision is absolutely great very easy to upload your photos and videos to the computer I save mine per day in a file delete and have an empty car for the next

I just broke my Axon Body in the commission of an apprehension and Taser refused to replace the old camera because of the length of ownership (about 4-5 years) and changes in policy regarding their outdated models

It lacks a comprehensive manual, and it lacks a way to backup video to a secure computer, or a way to verify evidence in a chain-of-custody issue for evidence, etc.
My only complaint about the device is there is not much information on how operate the camera the manual is kinda vague on the functions and you have to play play with the device to learn how it operates.
Using it takes some research, though, the manual is poor.
The infared also has an option to be turned on manually with the top left button or u can set it to auto which is how mine is and it works perfect
