Starts to feel like you're sitting on hard plastic after awhile.
Most other chairs I used have had hard plastic or very thinly padded arm rests and if you are using them for any length of time your elbows get sore
The hole/insert where the casters/wheels are inserted is made of cheap plastic 2 of those broke off causing the chair to be unstable and unusable, this happened within the first month

Four stars for following reasons: (1) one of the screws on the seat was difficult to screw in because it didn't line up perfectly and (2) the seat does feel a little like it's tilted forward, so you'll want to add a few washers in the front screws of the seat to bolster it up a bit.
