First one arrived, worked flawlessly as intended.

I purchased this cover for a Logitech C922x and it works as intended

It works as intended for a privacy screen, but it is not molded to the camera and doesn't snap in or anything

It works as advertised and installs easily onto my Logitech C920 HD Pro Webcam

Works as described just seems to be super easy to knock off the camera

If it had arrived unscathed, the item might have worked as described, but the item is much more cheaply made than it's Logitech brand cousin.

It fits my camera and works as described.

I strongly recommend looking for other solutions.

This one has a cleaner look to it that really anything else I could find.

But, I would recommend looking for another product that works out of the box.

As soon as you lift the flap to uncover, the whole things falls off the camera

Only thing is I wish the hinge had more resistance and the thing itself seem more durable

"Gorilla Tough & Clear Double Sided Mounting tape", works great for me, only thing I am not sure is if I can detach the cover (if needed) without damaging the webcam

Not a big deal, since you're not looking at it ever, but really the price is just a bit absurd for something that costs pennies to make

I feel like at $12 it's quite over priced, I'd say a few dollars would have been a fair price

Price is right and easy to install.

It's held on by gravity for the most part, but I does the job and the price is good.

So, the price was worth not going out, but the product itself was not worth the money.

First off, this device fits pretty well over my webcam and stays on sturdy and does a great job of covering the camera lens, and it looks nice.

Otherwise it does a perfectly reasonable job and admittedly looks better than the piece of aluminum foil I had been using until now.

Works great... could use some adhesive or something to stick to the camera - but otherwise, does a great job

UPDATE: order a new one this time it came with everything the piece snaps tightly on to the camera and the cover does a great job.

It is very tidy, clips on very firmly and does not look like a "macgiver" solution to this problem

This is a great camera that does what they said it would do!

It consists of a very tiny extruded bump of plastic that does not look super durable to me.

This privacy cover does the job, just not that well

With a piece of double sided tape it stays on the camera, but does not stay up if bumped.

It seem to be of good quality and well worth the price.

Still, it looks nice when it's on the camera, and I have peace of mind knowing the camera is blinded by it

Easy enough to install because of the loose fit, and surprisingly the cover stays up when flipped into the open position

This cover does not come with any double-sided tape to secure it to the camera, other than that its a perfect fit and works great.

Perfect fit, a bit pricey, but as a stay at homer worker .. flip up, flip down.

The cover just sits on top of the webcam, if you attempt to raise or lower the lid the cover just falls off because of the loose fit

Essentially, when you go to flip the cover up while everything in place the front cover falls off along with the other piece that's supposed to rest on top of the camera

But if your like me and constantly are changing the angle of the camera, the cover is a nuisance.

Also, the flap doesn't stay up unless the camera is perfectly horizontal, which doesn't work with my setup as it needs to angle down as it sits on top of my monitor.

Most of the time the flap and top part separate and fall off the camera due to the worn out nip, and no adhesive or any double sided tape was included with the product so the cover just sits on top and moving the camera or the privacy flap will cause it to fall off and apart

However, when the webcam is at certain angles the flap will fall down into the "covered" mode

BUT has a tendency to close if I bump my desk.

Anything bumping my desk makes the cover fall over the lens, which is frustrating when I'm trying to actually use the camera.

The only problem is that flipping the door knocks the cover off the top, and when it falls onto the desk, the pins pop out and have to be re-inserted

Very poorly constructed, I have no idea why they chose to omit a swivel pin to connect the two pieces together.

Be careful while assembling the flap in the lid (mine came in two pieces), the pins are insubstantial and look like they could be easily damaged.
