The world is so full of noise that it can be difficult to find the quiet you need to concentrate o...
BUT they are a very good value for the money and have good sound reproduction.
All in all, these headphones are great value for the money but will get really uncomfortable after a while
Ridiculous value for the price
Overall: The headphones are great and a fantastic value buy.
At ~$30, these headphones are great value for the price

At $100 for the Monoprice, you are buying an excellent product in that price range.
The product itself is not entirely to blame although I would say it played a part
The packaging is top notch and suggests a more expensive product is inside.
It is like they have a R&D department devoted to designing joints and brackets that will break the very first time you place them on your head
Thanks again to Monoprice for proving another great product for review!

If you’re looking for decent sound quality, a sturdy build, AND the added perk of Bluetooth, you can’t beat this price with a stick!CONS: (More aptly
Quick shipping, great quality, good durable build, very comfy
Audio quality was solid, but the build is horrendous and extremely uncomfortable
You provide a case for your on ear bluetooth headphones, but not these?Somewhat cheap build
Pretty solid build, tough cable (replaceable if you are a whiz with fraying cords like I am), and the sound quality is actually surprisingly good

If you want lightweight, comfortable, great easy fit, , these are a no
The fit on these are adjustable and snug, important because on the ear can irritate some folks (ears don't fit, get too warm, etc)
Excellent sound, excellent fit, excellent looks, excellent long term comfort, and at an excellent price
I must add that I have big ears so a bad fit would be understandable
They have a very nice fit and finish and are comfortable to wear.

Ok sound quality, (weak bass) until the right earpiece quit
The bass isnt bad but this headphone isnt for bassheads
In some songs the bass is very weak, in others it is very strong
Very nice sound and good bass for the modest entry price
The sound quality is good, not as much bass as my other DJ headphones I used to have

I have long stood behind the Monoprice brand, they give you exceptional quality products in unbelievable prices
If you want a nice pair of over the ear headphones for a good price
I like these headphones , great price the fit is good and the sound is good
The price to quality ratio is just unbelievable for the Monoprice 8323 headphones
At first I was going to order them from the manufacturer's site but after they added shipping and handling, the price was more expensive than Amazon's and at that point it was a no brainer, especially with Prime shipping.

As over the ear headphones, these block ambient noise very well
Now the noise cancelling button doesn't work anymore (turning it on just cuts the audio completely) :(
This makes them good at being sound isolating aka passive noise cancelling
Even with ANC off, the headphones provide a very good noise isolation
These headphones as well as most other noise cancelling headphones do best at constant noise

These headphones have great sound, they are very comfortable, and the removable/ replaceable cord is pure genius
The cord is cheap, though, which is my only real complaint.
I love that they have a detachable auxiliary cord so if the cord breaks you can replace it instead of the headphones
because WHEN the cord becomes noisy--which they all do with enough use--you can just replace the cord!My
The Modern Retro headphones are very comfortable, with a nice long cord

Good pair of headphones, especially considering the price
If you need a cheap, disposable pair of headphones, pick these up
Over all, I would highly recommend to anyone who just needs a cheap pair of good headphones.
I will buy it again if I need a cheap pair of headphones that doesn't sound cheap :)
This is an excellent pair of headphones for the price point

It felt like a shame to have to throw away fine headphones just because the cable is damaged
Love the fact that the audio cable is detachable from the headset
Good sound quality, detachable audio cable, and feels sturdy/well made
The one thing I love about this is the detachable cable
The sound quality is good and the detachable audio cable is genius.

but I have a fairly large head and have not been bothered at all.
They are comfortable and don't bother my head or ears when sleeping.
The headphones, because of their construction, can hurt your head but this can be fixed by adding some foam to the top band.
They are comfortable once you get them on, however, and do not squeeze my head like others I have had.
Good sound for the price, doesn't clamp my large head like most other over-ear headphones do

I have an issue with the right speaker flipping 180 degrees sometimes when I pick them up, but it's not enough to lose a star
I will admit that the noise cancelling isn't as good as with the top-tier brands, but again, it comes back to price for me
Have enjoyed it on a number of long haul flights as well as in the studio.
They lose a star because they look a bit goofy and don't fit as comfortable as a higher-end pair.
The sound quality can be 3-4 star for this price, although it lacks of base

A lot of times, my system falls or the headset cable breaks
The pads are very large and provide a lot of support so the clamp doesn't pinch my head too much
They also irritate my ears, as I have a lot of piercings in them, so be aware of this issue if you've got industrials or other cartilage piercings
These are excellent if you travel a lot because you can lose them
Once you turn the volume up, though, there will be a lot of distortion and the sound will really suffer

The build quality is decent, but definitely cheap plastic
The plastic seems quite tough, but is very flexible at the same time so they can be easily put on and taken off
Fantastic build quality too - solid, not like many of the cheap plastic units on the market.
The plastic in contact with your head is also sturdy but nonporous
:The headphones are made of a very cheap plastic, because Monoprice sacrificed build quality for sound

However it makes them a bit uncomfortable with large ears and behind the ear hearing aids (which I have both)
The top highs seem to have been boosted a little bit as well, so you could argue that it's somewhat of a band-reject filter
I did feel the sound quality lost a bit at (very) higher levels .... better for my ears in the long run
They were a bit uncomfortable until I broke them in, and now that they're too broken
Anything with a decent bit of bass lol J. Cole sounded really good

You would be hard pressed to find another set under $150 that sound even marginally better.
The cups press a little too hard against my head, and I have a medium sized head
Lack of a dedicated on-off button, hard to figure out sometimes if I'm pressing the on/off button and holding it long enough or pressing something elseBass is a little muddy, but on par with other $60 headphonesMicrophone is hard to hear on phone callsReview
and you’d be hard pressed to find a better grouping of style, performance, and features for cheaper.
But if you listen to the whole track twice (once with each set of cans), you'd be hard pressed to find any qualitative variation
