I spent $20 on rotten tofu

But it’s firmer then the soft silken tofu.

This tofu is great, just not as firm as I was expecting it to be, I prefer super firm for certain recipes

I have had unrefrigerated tofu before and it is usually still silky not falling apart crumbles and half water.
